We carefully assess each knife for edge angle and condition, informing which whetstones to use

Using the appropriate progression from coarse to fine grit whetstones, we slowly return your knife to the original blade geometry.

This final step is also done by hand on leather with an ultra-fine grit compound, ensuring a uniform and polished edge.
